En una noche memorable para los entusiastas de los videojuegos, «Baldur’s Gate 3» de Larian Studios emergió como el gran vencedor en los Game Awards, una gala que anualmente destaca lo más sobresaliente de la industria. Además, Neil Newbon fue reconocido por su actuación en el papel de Astarion.

«Alan Wake 2», que compartía con «Baldur’s Gate 3» el honor de ser el más nominado con ocho candidaturas, también brilló durante la ceremonia, obteniendo galardones en Mejor Narrativa, Mejor Dirección Artística y Mejor Dirección de Juego.
